The project is with the ore processing output 13 million per year, which belongs to the country's super large scale super poor magnet. The final sieve size is 3.5 * 4.8mm. The original fine crushing process used the heavy hammer crusher with 1600mm in diameter. The hammerhead needed replacing frequently, wasting time and energy while quick-wear parts cost up to 2.0 yuan /t. After replacing it by HPT300, the cost of quick-wear parts fell to 0.4 yuan /t. Besides, it not only had a higher degree of automation, but also improved economic efficiency significantly.
